    Which panel filter?

    Hello guys,

Im looking for a good quality panel filter for my Mk4 Astra SXI 1.6 16v.

Looking for something that will be a direct replacement to the standard one and hoping to get a nice intake sound too

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks!

I have a K&N though I've read good things about the green cotton ones which seem to offer better filtration but the same buy once and clean as the K&N's.

i just got a green cotton panel and the quality and fit is very good and the car seems to love it, feels very lively. no extra induction noise though as panel filters do not give induction roar, you need an open cone filter for this but these can suffer under bonnet heat issues
