    4 Stud to 5 Stud?

I've had a look and can't seem to find any info on this, basically i'm going to look into 4 stud to 5 stud conversion and wondered if anyone had any tips/info about parts needed to do this and also how much it'd cost roughly?

I mainly want to do this because there's so much more choice for 5 stud than 4 stud with alloys etc!

    Cheers

easy one mate, you need front hub, caliper, carrier, disc and knuckle, both sides from a 5 stud car.
on the back you need back hub, caliper disc handbrake cable and couple of brackets for the cable.

easy to swap everything over, as for cost, iv just sold a 5 stud setup for 120, so thats a rough idea of cost, and its easy to do.

Ah right ok, doesn't sound too bad!

What about my rear brakes because i've currently got drums, would it be better to change to discs (if thats possible?)

Rear drums to discs is easy. just change the rear hubs, 4 bolts each side.
you need the handbrake cable and rear brake hose from a car with rear discs too.

This may sound silly, but would i need the rear brake hose and handbrake cable for both sides or is it one hose/cable that splits into two or what..?

As you can probably tell this is not something i'm used to doing or know much about!

You just need the rubber hoses from both rear callipers and a small bit of copper pipe each side with unions.the copper pipes sits above the rear beam, their only 2 short pipes.
you need the handbrake cable from the lever to the rear callipers.
its a VERY easy job to do.
