    Unhappy removing hubs from carriers

Currently in the middle of upgrading suspension and brakes to raceland coilovers and 4 stud 280 discs.
So far got the rear all sorted which was pretty easy to be honest, a straight unbolt and swap.
I have also managed to get the front right disassembled but am having bit of a problem. i need to retain my hubs, so as to keep 4stud, but swap the carrier but i cant seem to get the hub out the carrier!!!! (yes ive removed the 3 torx bolts holding hub to carrier)
Ive had a good search around but can only see things about removing the carriers and hubs as one.
They are a little old with some surface rust but no play at all, dont want to start beating it just yet as hope theres a treid and tested way......(not holding my breath though)
    Thanks

Rubber hammer will do the job or try and get a flat edge screw driver to wedge between the hub and hub carrier

I remeber I had a little bit of bother removing them.

EH seemed to do the trick, although the what looks like some sort of dust seal/washerring has bent a little but should be able to bend it back. Thanks!
