    Question new set of front speakers

    ii was just wondering if any1 has bought these set of speakers and if they are any good?...they are a direct replacment to the standard 1

    I'd guess you will be paying over the odds for them just because they are a easy fit. I'm sure there's better out there for the money

    You could purchase a set of components with adapter rings for this price but will be of no better quality. These are very good speakers for the price, sound better than most in this price range when used with plastic spacer adapters due to these being slightly more ridged in support. Still best making your own MDF spacer rings. Might be bias towards these as I have just démodé a set with a Kenwood head unit (DPX 303 I’m going for the DPX 503u)

    Very easy to fit requiring no cutting or messing with the OEM setup. But if you’re using a CD30 you would be better keeping the standard OEM speakers and replace the head unit with a CD40/70 or an aftermarket one. It’s the CD30 that’s pants not the standard speakers; these would go great with an updated head unit.

    Will let you no very soon, these are going in my Zafiy along with a Kenwood DPX503 in three weeks time.
