help with boost on z20let vxr turbo

can anyone tell me how to adjust the actuator correctly,i bought the car a few weeks ago,its running vxr afm, injectors, turbo and actuator. the boost spikes 14 and holds 10-11psi,ive read other people running 21 spike to 16 hold, the car has been re-maped and set up before i bought it but cant help but think boost is quite low.
also disconnected rear bcs sensor when fited dumpvalve. should i block the pipes off or are they ok just tied out of the way.cheers

the rear BCS pipes are fine just disconnected as long as the vac pipes dont run to it....

as for the boost, the pressure is set by the map it had done, although some run higher figures than yo have it may be set differently (different company, different map, live map etc)

there was a thread somewhere about setting the actuator to "zero" if you search, also, if you disconnect the pipe from the actuator that comes from front BCS and pressure test it with a boost gauge, that will tell you what the map is set to.... (i think)
    No longer GSi power

have you put the dump valve to the where the rear boost solenoid was if so that wrong mate should t into the fuel pressure regulator

Your boost pressure is controlled by your re-map and cannot be altered. Attempting to change it will result in damage, running with the actuator disconnected will also quickly result in damage.
