Help - Auto Lights Not Working Right

    Hi,

Just fitted a Rain & Light sensor and I thought all was working well until someone pointed out to me tonight my rear lights weren't working.

Front light and wipers work as auto wipers and lights should, rear lights only work if I manually put the lights on.

Anybody got any ideas why my rear lights ain't working with Auto Lights.

    TIA.

    is this a mkiv car??

either way maybe you never hooked up the kit to the side lights but you did hook up the dipped instead, side lights i always thought would activate the rears too not the dipped wire....

    Hi,

No it an Astra H 3 Door.

What I think the problem is, I've programmed the UEC to say I've got the Rain / Light sensor but not managed to programme the REC.

The next problem is my OPCOM wont programme the Variant Configuration of the REC, I'm just getting an error. Low CANBUS is fine.

Anybody have any experience of getting OPCOM to programme the Variant Configuration ?
