Talking Finally I have done it (pics) :D

Lowered my car that is, here is a couple of quick pictures, it is lowered on jamex 40mm springs and shocks, not sure if they are fitted correct (see my thread in the chassis section) but all seems well apart from some very slight rubbing from the drivers side when turning up or down a hil, on a flat service it is fine, this could be due to my wheel alignment being out when I hit a kerb a week or 2 ago. Also sorry about the state of my car, it is a mess! I also had to remove my front mud flaps as they were rubbing, I think they just need moved up a bit but i removed them completely just to be safe.

To be honest I havent really tried, has been wet here the last couple of days and also not sure I have fitted them correctly so taking it easy, also need wheel alignment out, gonna get it done tomorrow and I will go for a nice drive, car already handled amazing with these tyres and RARB, these were mainly for looks, I am also amazed at how good the ride is, not that much bumpier at all!

You will need the front flaps raised, otherwise they will rub on every bump in the road. Simple enough job.

Please excuse my ignorance but are there any aerodynamic gaines to be had by lowering or is it just cosmetic?
