    x20xev problem

hi, engine management light came on, on my mk4 astra sri 2.0 16v (x20xev)

    diagnosed it and it said,

    throttle position sensor low voltage.
    camshaft sensor incorrect signal.

changed both sensors with brand new sensors and the problem is still there.
only revs to 4500rpm and hesitates through the revs.

    any suggestion???

    cheers

I would check that none of the wiring is chaffed or broken sign a test meter...

I spoke to a mechnic mate about mine as mine throws up an EML on occasion and he said the eiring or connectors can often cause cam sensor faults. One of the wires that goes to the cams sensor also goes to the throttle position switch.

Get the Haynes manual out and check them out by back tracing them to the ECU loom connector.

You don;t mentio how it was diagnosed? It may be best to get an auto sparky to look at it.
