Just stick with the normal ngk Plugs and gap them propperly, theres no gains withy plugs just reliability and increased serbice intervals. Cossie engines are old technology run lower compression and big boost, the z20 range is higher compression has a stronger spark and runs less boost and is more efficient.

Yep their the ones, just stick them in. To above i put 2 sets of normal NGK plugs and it misfires while driving only ones i find mine likes are the iridium NGK, the bosh twin and super four and the cossie ones. A little miss every now and again with the bosch twin on idle but nothing with the cossie plug they seem steady. Spidercoupe Every little helps http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/COSWORTH-071-S...4.c0.m14.l1262

They don't need gapping. There are plenty of threads on cossie plugs at the moment. A quick search should help.

Has any one been using the above cossie plugs on stage 3.5 for longer than a few months?
I want to know what they are like long term because the iridiums seem to only last a few months!
