    fan

    Wiring up kenlow Slim line fan in place off a/c fan.

    the plug has three wiress, but of course only has two

    Any ideas on what wire goes to where.

    yeah. on mine i used red as positive, brown as earth (the outdide two on the ac fan) as the middle is the sensor. Match em up to the new fan!! I dunno who it works though with regard to fitting the sensor.

    Unless you are mounting the sensor to the rad...then it would be sweet to connect the two wires to the new slimline

    Does the car need that sensor wire fitted to something?

    and with out this fitted to something will it not cause the coolant light to come on?

    The best way is to join the new fan to the two wires which go the the old fan. That way you maintain all the OE plug and sensor

    Humm that might be a problem as i havnt got the old fan anymore.

    ive just cut the connecter and soldered the two wires together,

    lets see what the light does.
    i guess if it comes on, il just take the bulb out.
