    How low can i go??

I've just got myself some coilovers off of ebay and looking at getting some 18's but there 8.5 wide. How low can I go without any hassle?

what ET are the wheels? What tyres you running? If in doubt wind them down halfway try it, then keep winding until tyre touches arch

if it helps my mk4 gsi it lowered 60mm on coilovers on standard wheels 215/40/17 and i have no rubbing issues atall. just have to be very careful with curbs, especially when parking front on as they often hit the bumper.

The ET of the wheels is 42 and i'll prob be running 225/35/18 tyres. When i get the coilovers on there'll be on standard wheels for a while so prob wind them all the way down.
