    Loosing bolts direction??

    Hi this may sound silly to some but sometimes i do get confussed and after recently sheering off a thread in my hub carrier i do not want the same when i come to do my service....i know the lefty loosy righty tighty rule but that doesnt count for ALL things does it??? so when undoing my sump plug ..head under the car what way is it to undo? also same question with the spark plugs??? i just really dont want to mess it up as i dont have the doe to fix anything that may go wrong...

    anti-clockwise to loosen, clockwise to tighten! works for me anyway! lol

    nice way to remember i learnt as a wee nipper righty tighty lefty loosey sounds sh*t but iv never forgotten it it is ALWAYS the same, it just you may be looking at it from behind, you need to visualise whatever it is your taking of as though its in front of you if that makes sence

    Except on some wheel nuts/studs, gas fittings and propeller bolts. But those are nothing for you to worry about.
