wondering where i stand with this as i'm outside the 28 days cut off. It's going to be 24hrs minimum before i get a reply. Just wondered if they're a helpful firm or if i'm really going to be out of luck.
Bought a head unit from them in April. It worked for a while & then the steering wheel controls went cack (controls bought from a different company). They kept going on and off, so i got them replaced. It didn't fix the problem.
My head unit has now started to just randomly not work. Once, it sorted itself after 10mins or so. Yesterday i took the fuse out to check it & put the fuse back in & it was working again. I've got to go sort the same problem again tonight.
So i'm thinking i've a duff head unit (possibly).
Am i likely to still be covered for a replacement? Will have to email them to see what they say, but sometimes firms tell you you're not eligible when you actually are, so figured i'd ask here
