    Refurbished my speedlines

    Well a couple of months ago I got a hold of a set of speedline alessios that were in half decent nick but had been painted black and it was'nt the best of jobs!
    So in the last couple of days i got bored and set about working on them, they fot a quick shotblast, a small skim of filler along a couple of places on the rim then 2k primer and a nice coat of star silver to finish them off.
    I think they came out a treat, as you can see i still need to get a tyre to fit!

    just a shame they never made the 2's in larger than 16" - a true shame!

    Your right stunning wheels, i have always loved them, when i saw these for sale i had to buy them even altho i have nothing to put them on!

    Did you get that finish with rattle cans? if so koudos to you. I'm in the middle of refurbign some alloys for my pug, getting them back from the shot blasters next tuesday.

    Thats a finish out of the gun, im not a fan of rattle cans at all!
    That workshop is quite huge mate, there is 3 cars , 2 tractors and a quad up the bak of it aswel as a pile of ither junk, but sadly its not mine its my fathers!
