    Decision time...Icy related

OK, as some of you know, I've got a mk2 cabriolet that was apparently built for the director of Vauxhalls wife at the time it was built. Its been very well looked after, and is a rare 1.6 automatic.

Now the problem I have, is that there is a freshly built 2.0 8v turbo engine sat in my garage, that I was going to put in her, but obvioulsy it involves swapping the auto to manual, so not a 5 min job as you can imagine.

So I thought that maybe I could get another mk2 next year and put the engine in that...but finding a decent one on my very low budget may be an issue.

The big question is, do I keep Icy as she was made..as it is a rare one, or do I say sod the history and drop the turbo engine in there?

    Over to you

I'd ask myself if I wanted to keep it until it dies ( then swap the engine )
or do I want to sell it on at some point to a potential collector ( keep it as is)

Stick a turbo in it. No being funny but its a 1.6 Auto, regardless of the story behind why its has a 1.6 Auto its still shit slow (no offence). As Andy says, its like my ST200, all this alleged history yet **** all to prove any of it. Therefore my opion is bollocks to it, get the 2.0 strapped in there.
