    TC and ABS dash lights

Recently within the past couple of weeks when i start the car up and let it run for a few seconds the ABS and Traction control lights seem to stay on. Should they be doing this and why?

It also happens when im running really low on petrol....

They sense when a wheel is traveling faster/ slower than the others and kicks the TC or ABS in accordingly
