RPM Slow at dropping to idle

    Even at normal engine temp.
Blip throttle and it takes 2-3 seconds to return to idle speed.
Could it be throttle body needs cleaning?
    Or any sugestions please.
On idle it's very steady at 750 RPM

Not sure if this is the same thing m8 but my Vectra V6 Gsi used t do the same, it would take forever to drop and somtimes it would rev up the range on its own, I took the idle valve off and cleaned it with Carb ceaner and seemed to sort it. :-)

have you had the airbox lid off since this has started to happen?? i had this on mine! what id done is cleaned the airbox out but when i removed the lid, the recirc valve thing thats attatched to the lid has a pipe going to it and it had come off! it caused the revs to go all over the place! worth a look!!!
