    Lowering springs

Who around the Bristol area knows how to fit lowering springs, I've got some for my car and a clue how to do 'em but I'm not to sure.

    Are they easy?

you need the correct tool to do it as you have to totally compress them. Most garages will fit them but its not normally a cheap job. however if you do decide to fit them yourself wear a crash helmet! (i knew somebody who had a spring recoil into his face - end result was broken nose, cheekbone, eye socket etc...you get the picture!)
