    gt3 exhaust from ebay?

hi i was wondering if anybody knew if this exhaust would be loud? (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-ASTRA...7C294%3A50) im after a new exhaust that doesnt sound too loud for the car? i am needing a new centre pipe and backbox, but id like to get a nice backbox with twin pipes but not to change the car sound too much? (if you understand ha)
my car is an astra mk4 hatch 1.8 1996, iv allready replaced the down pipe from the manifold with the cat on so only needing from cat back over.
    many thanks

That system was very loud on my 2.2. I took it off in the end. The back box ain't too bad, but you should think about a silencer in the centre section.

Once I took this off I refitted the straight through centre section and paired it up with the irmy DD exhaust. IMO this is the best looking exhaust anyway. This was still pretty quiet.

    HTH.

Like I said fella, the imrscher exhaust is quiet, but looks really nice.

But if you run a centre section with a silencer the GT3 backbox will not be as loud.

just go for the irmscher DD exhaust and nice simple centre silencer and it will all be good. thats what ive got on my 1.6 atm and it sounds really good.

Cybox from eBay with centre silencer on the middle section - no restrictions and nothing silly on the noise front

Given my rolling road figures, I cannot fault this setup, 117bhp/131ftlbs from a lowly Z16XE, ~20% over OEM figures

You got a link to the cybox with the centre silencer etc? Or do you have to buy it seperately?
