    Do cossie plugs need re-gaping?

As above. I have fitted Cossie plugs and getting pops and bangs, which are fairly amusing. Now, I am slightly concerned about the long term wellfare of the engine - on the basis something this fun can't be good

I am just wondering if they need re-gaping? and what to?

    They are fitted

I am just slightly concerned about the popping on down shifting. It sounds good, but I have just been on howstuffworks basic engine guide and I am slightly concerned

Mine pops a bit on tick over but fine when driving. The only thing is the car smells a bit now though when booting it, dunno if the plugs aren't burning all the fuel and the smell is unburnt fuel?

They give very smooth power though when driving.

But I am right in thinking you have the ford 071 plugs? Does danny not have WRC spec plugs?

I have the 071 ford plugs and did not gap them.
