I got up this morning and after getting loads of detailing goodies this week decided to give my car the detail it needs.
Started off by soaking the car with PH neutral snow foam and left it to dwell for 10 minutes.
Then I washed the car with Meguiars Nxt generation shampoo and rinsed.
Then came the clay, now the car is only 16 months old but I felt it needed a clay to make it look all shiny. I wasn't wrong, I started off at the back and once i'd done the back the clay was a light brown and you could see the difference it had made after only 1 panel. Anyway I carried on doing the whole car lubing it with Megs Quick Detailer and this was the result after the clay.
This was the state of the clay after the whole car
Next came a coat of AG Super Resin Polish and to finish off the paintwork I applied a coat of Pete's 53 wax. I have to say i'm very very impressed with this. It is a good size tub for the money and really works well on my black car.
Then it was onto the tyres, they were blacked with megs tyre endurance and the finished article is here:
Loving this reflection shot
Finally my new interior accessory to finish it all off.
Any comments welcome
