1.6 8v fuel pressure regulator location

Im still having problems with this engine. iv tracked it down to the FPR. When you cut the fuel line off it starts, but im sure when its on its giving too much fuel and it wont start.

anybody know where its located, or its housed onto the throttle body, thanks!

It's in the tank, as part of the fuel pump.

if your car has the x16szr engine with single point injection, then the fuel regulator is on the side of the throttle body, but i have never known one of these on that engine play up, but have changed a few faulty injectors on models around the 1999 reg year.
