    How do I get my NCB protected?

    I have 4 years NCB currently non protected.

    How do I get them protected on renewal?

    On the form there should be a box to tick, if not speak to the insurance company and make sure they know you want them protected, then make sure it is printed on your documents. Jx

    i think you can only protect them once your over 25 !

    Not sure about the age thing, but you can definitely protect your NCB if you have 4 years or more, you will pay a bit more for the privilege, but worth doing in my opinion. There will be an option on renewal if you're getting the quote online and on the phone, if they don't mention it themselve, you can clarify that you want it protected.
