    Fitting vxr turbo tommorrow..

    Hey guys im fitting my vxr turbo tommorrrow, Any good tips to help me, ive got the guide to do it..

    Hope all the studs come out might have a go with the 245bhp hi torque ipf map.
    Vxr turbo with 360 bearing and twin oils seals & Evoms dv. Cdti airbox 63mm tophat.Milltex cat back and pre cat.. Regal 245 leh phase 1 ipf remap.Whiteline rarb.

    Soak all the studs and manifold nuts in wd40 well before you go to crack them loose.

    wd everything in sight to help, take your time and prime the turbo before starting up.

    I would run th turbo in before going for a higher map!

    Hoe long do you have to run the turbo in for? Its been upgraded by Turbo Technics so it should be fine.

    if set up right the turbo shouldnt need running in,should just do its job

    i would so at least a hundard mile on it running steady, wouldnt go over 3k rpm

    Prime the turbo properlly, it wont last 5 minutes if you dont

    what has it cost for turbo and all the work at turbo technics?
    No longer GSi power

    It is easy mate, just leave the oil return unbolted where it goes into the block, crack it over with the coilpack unplugged untill you have oil coming out of the return.

    It will all become clear when you are looking at it
