Find a template online and use that, it's a lot easier and faster.

Oh, and it will be generated in HTML. I'm guessing what you mean was you want to use a WYSIWYG editor rather than deal with HTML directly?

yea i just want to click and drag pictures and change things with ease, instead of writing all the code.

You wont really get a decent free one as such.

Most webhosting companies these days provide something like that as part of the package though so it would be worth checking out what the hosting company has to offer.

if you use microsoft frontpage or adobe dream weaver you'l be ok with them.....

    it has 3 sections

WYSIWYG -what you see is what you get.
    HTML
Mix - both code and WYSIWYG

Worth noting, btw, that Frontpage is no longer supported by Microsoft in any shape or form. They finally accepted how shite it was and want nothing more to do with it.

Is quite possibly the best free WYSIWYG software for you by the sounds of it.
You can get free templates from oswd.org (Open Source Web Design) and tons of other places, and work from there.

As was already mentioned most webhosts have a web builder built into their control panel, like RVSiteBuilder or whatever.
