Located 1 fog light connector, where is the other?? with pics!

Ok, im going to fit fogs to my 00 Mk4 Astra, i went on the hunt for the connectors, found one behind the front o/s light. Im pretty sure this is it:

The only thing is I cant find the n/s one. Maybe I didnt look hard enough, any place it could be hiding? Also, I came across this: View: Looking down behind front bumper.

Its at the back of where the number plate would be. As you can see its in a holder/connector. I took it out and it has a slightly different head to the blue one. What is this(n/s fog connector?)?

sorry bout the blurry pics, twas raining :P

    any help appreciated

O/S connector looks correct, can only guess your not looking hard enough for the N/S one

That black connector behind the number plate is for the outside temp sensor

The other one (drivers side) is up near the horn. Root around there and you should find it taped up. You might have to get down on the ground and feel around for it because its up a bit and in an awkward spot

Ooops I was thinking of opposite sides. The other connector was easier to find on my car. It was hanging around the back of the headlight, taped to the wires going towards the headlight. Is that any help?

The drivers side one is around the horn anyway, as posted above. I knew from looking at the pics that you had the easy to find one!

You can get the relay and fuse in a dealers for aroun £5, you will also need the double fog switch though. Best off finding a seconhand one here (around £15) because I priced on a few weeks back and they wanted €137 in the dealers.

ah yes, Ireland likes to rip us off big time! Im assuming both the relay and the fuse will each be 15A.

Yeah theres a fairly good scrappies in Kildare, they'll prob have the lights and the switch system there.

    thanks

    100 Posts!

Its just a standard 15amp fuse, you can get that for a few cent in any sort of car shop.
I just asked for a front fog relay in the dealers and they knew what I was on about, its the same relay for most of the lights in the car afaik
