    Cheaper with Club?

I'm with Quinn Direct and as you can tell my insurance at 17 is quite a bit. Someone told me that my insurance would go down if I joined an Astra club, is this true?

Best thing to do is ring them and ask them if they will.

Some insurance companies do a discount for certain clubs, so yes your insurance might go down. It's hard to tell from your post but it looks like you're getting confused with comparing it to things like having an alarm, limited mileage etc. Being a member of an owners club doesn't make you less of a risk, but you might get a discount, similar to buying online etc.
