    Head Unit

    i want to buy a sony head unit going to buy it soon there was just 2 things i wanted to know before i buy it...

    1. will i need a facia for my car or will it fit straight in?

    2. the radio an volume controls on the steering wheel, will they still work? if not how can i remain them to work the same?

    alrite mate, it will depend on your model of astra, if its a mk4, then no, you wont need one, it will fit straight in,

    also, yeah you can retain your steering wheel controls, but you will need an adaptor that will link between steering wheel controls and your head unit, price will be different but are around £35-£40

    ok thanks for the reply, so if i go to halford for the adaptor they should have it?
