can i use the f28 clutch plate using a c20xe flat flywheel and pressure plate

as i said i am looking for info involving matting an f23 to a v6. the v6 i have at the min is running an f18 and i changing it to an f23.

i have a c20xe flat type flywheel fitted and a c20xe pressure plate, does the f28 plate work in the c20xe clutch setup are the both the same diameter etc.
