    Pictures of De-Badged Boots

Has anyone got any pictures of De-Badged boots that I can have a look at. Pref in silver but any colour will do just to get the idea. Debating on it but not sure yet, and hopefully it doesnt leave marks of the letters where the paints faded like my mates 106.

Does make quite a big difference, temped with this tomorrow! Whats the best method, hair drier and white spirit to get off any residue? Is it likely to leave a mark where the letters have covered the paint and the rest has faded?

I've always used the kettle method to soften the glue and then it just rubs off. Then use t-cut or polish to clean up.

Fading shouldn't be a problem with a metallic silver. Flame red would be different....
