    18's wheels on Astra G Coupe

    First of all hello all from Romania.I have an Vauxhall Astra G Coupe Cabrio with a 2.0T engine.I would like to roll on 18's 8J X18 and ET35.Do 225/40/ZR18 fit on stock suspension? Because I ordered them allready

    may be ok on stock suspension, but will rub like hell if lowered, esp with et35

    will fit fine on stock suspension, will rub like a bitch when lowered 30mm or more.

    The Pentas that i had on my coupe were ET37, I used 215/35/R18 Tyres on them and lowered it -30mm with a full load of people in the back and stuff in the boot they never rubbed once.

    Just goes to show the build quality of the Eibach springs

    With the correct tyres you can lower loads. My Pace wheels were ET38 lowered 60+mm on the rear, never rubbed once.

    I run 215/40/18 and lowered 30mm on Eibach too. Never scrubs even with a full car and junk in the boot.

    Tyres will look big, and probably won't be helped by the fact its on standard suspension.

    When did you order them, can you not just get it cancelled or get them to swap the tyres over for the correct ones?
