    whats you vac pressure???

Just curious to what everyones vacum pressure is as per gauge when on tick over as i have just fitted a boost gauge so im just curious to see if its correct.

Also does the vacum pressure alter at all if the car is mapped at all, ie someone running 300bhp to one running 200bhp?

    cheers

    kev

ummmmm..... mine is sat at -15, could that mean i have a leak of some type or would it be more of a gap between readings??

what brand of gauge is it kev?

my mocal one which only goes as far as -15 shows -13 on idle....my old cheap ebay special was showing -21 the other day which is more accurate

Will be upgrading to some top notch gaugage in the next couple weeks so hopefully restore a -20 reading etc

I found that the T piece which i got with my boost gauge was creating less vaccuum to the gauge, because it had a metal insert in the tube which goes off to the boost gauge

I changed this T piece to one without the metal thingy and my idle vacuum went back to -20 INGH
