    You need to at least give an indication what it relates to as there are many, many, many different areas of 'law' and not all will be applicable.

    erm, i might get a row 4 saying 2 much!
    thats y i was wanting to go by it thru PM.
    legal rights on removing a car that doesnt belong to you but on your property, that a person hasnt paid towards in a year but still named in the property but can prove that person hasnt paid towards the property in over a year, can the car still b removed if that person refusing to move it? even though the car isnt in your name?

    now im confused, hate to think how use are doing with this lol

    In short, he can push it out the drive into the gravel at the bottom of the road and have no problems at all.

    It is, after all, his property.

    Edit: I would suggest he informs the individual we are talking about of his intentions and give about 24 hours notice. This will keep him in the clear.

    yup already been informed and kicked up a fuss saying cant move it , her car, her property, gonna get the piggies etc!

    thats wot i said!
    but shes threatning 2 force sale of house as shes still named on it, he says go 4 it but cant exactlly sell the house wi about 5 funked cars in the driveway! wot a nugget hahaha!

    she can't force the sale of the house. She can attempt it but any Scottish court will find in his favour especially seeing as he's been paying the mortage solely for over a year.

    She's in cloud cuckoo land and he just needs to get on with it and do it. Or, advertise them on Gumtree and claim they got stolen.
