    Lightbulb Vectra c intake pipe

    hello guys,

this is my first post in that forum . I've been reading since almost two months ... more or less since I bought my first car: Opel Astra G 1.6 16v.
Yes, I am not from UK .
Almost immediately after I took the car I felt the need to improve/upgrade/mod it and that is how I found that place. The best for astra owners IMO.

Anyway, back to the point . I only did small cosmetic things so far but want to improve the car BHP wise as well. After long research I found out that most of the people prefer the combination of de-restricting the original airbox and fitting a Vectra C intake pipe to an aftermarket intake kit (k&n, piper etc.). What I am finding difficult to find is where do you guys get the vectra c pipe from? I looked at ebay but could not find anything. If anyone could point me in the right direction here it will be much appreciated.

    Regards,
    Rado

Check the sticky guide at the top of the Naturally Aspirated section - has all the links to the HowTo guides AOC have for this type of mod and some other info. You may well find that removing the top airbox pipe has a negative affect on the performance...I know I did hence I have a big thread going on at the moment about it

But given the AOC HowTo lists the part numbers, and they're ~£15 new from a dealer, eBay is not often cheap
