    paintin the engine cover

    got bored the other day so took my shield off the manifold n tried to polish it up didnt come up as id hoped but better,anyway got to thinkin bout sprayin the cover and new decals wot paint would i need( a heat one i persume) would it be worth doing?

    Just any normal car body paint will be fine.

    ive used normal paint and never had an issue.... just make sure you prep well and remove any oil from the outside before painting!

    Mine was done with Plasticote Enamel Black from Hobbycraft... I didn't buy it specifically for the purpose, just had it lying around. So I thought "Hmm... I can use that!"

    I just used some black halfords spray I had lying around after doing my headlamps but am getting bored of it so am fancying to change it to something else.

    looks like a quick fix on that then,thought it had be heat paint,quess that another job for the next bit of sun,any ideas on colour bus is white with black trim,kinda like blue tho as seen on here?ummmmm wot you think and wot about decals?
