    Fitting a new AC condensor

    vauxhall have finally found where its leaking and its the condensor, anyway my dads got me 1 from the radiator place he works at, are they safe to fit yourself? etc with the gasses, my gas is empty, can you get air locks in them etc, any help would be appreciated cheers

    When i had a slight incident in mine it cracked the AC rad and i fitted mine.

    Its safe to fit it yourself aslong as you dont breath the gas. Your not ment to let is out in the open air either.

    But has youve said your gas is empty, just crack the pipes off and stand out the for a few mins in case there is a bit of gas left in the pipes

    yeh vauxhall said it was empty and needs replacing and re gassing, cool il have a gander then

    Ideally you want to get the system vacced as soon as you fit it.
