    Headrest adjusting

Right probably a silly question?! But in the manuals it always say to adjust the headrests to suit! Well with me i need it higher up but the headrests only have one level (the notch thingy on the bars) either that or it comes out!

Is there anyway i can hold it in the best position for me? I have tried getting it right and pushing them plastic buttons in on the seat but then dont do anything! Is there something im doing wrong? Any ideas?

Mine has the active head restraints in so they fire with the airbags and tilt the headrest forward to reduce whiplash injuries. Think this was pulled on later models though...not sure when it started being fitted either.

Strangely I found that my headrests don't move up and down more than the one notch you mention on the seat connection, but if you just pull on hte headrest with a little force it moves up on the runners, mine did anyway! Might be worth a try.
