    Defo a no mate top of the front struts are total different like brett says the mk4 uses 2 nuts as the mk5 uses 1.rears would work but that is pretty useless
    I would wright something funny and clever but does anyone read these anyway

    the way the two secure into the turet are totally different, the mk5 uses the platic clip and the mk4 use a nut.

    on the mk4 the spring is held in place with a cup and nut then bearing and bolted up from the top of the strut to a strut top.

    the mk5 up is spring (larger diameter.) bearing on top of the spring. the strut is then bolted up to the strut top with a single nut. the mk5 dont require any spring clamps as the spring is compessed when fitted.
    The lower mounts on the mk4 and 5 and vectra B are identical
