drums to disks need help please

my cousin has an ex mk4 cop car and it is a td,for some reason the guy he had it off tried puttin a 1.6 8v engine in and he couldnt b arsed fixin it he never done his research anyway theres various parts goin including a black sxi interior its 5door if anyones interested,

anyway im after advice as to how hard it is and what will i need to change the back axels over theyre both 4 stud so its a start for me, mine is a drum set up and the other is a disk set up

Shouldn't be too hard to do it with both cars side by side. Well worth the upgrade IMO, they fit disks to the more powerful MK4's for a reason, and its not because drums are better

Well if you have both cars you can swap the cable over as well if needs be.

the full rear hub assembly complete with discs and calipers fitted swap over by undoing 4 nuts and the brake pipes.

you will need the cables from the disc setup too and a couple of brackets to hold the cables. these are obvious when you compare both setup's side by side.
