LEH + M32 Or LET Rebuild?

Right im in a right pickle at the min.

My engine has done 116k and dont want it to blow up on me if i go for more power.

So do i got for the Z20LEH + M32 or should i spend the money on my engine and go for forged rods + pistons, lightened flyweel, sports clutch + LSD?

Ive got abit over £3k to spend but thats it.

    anyone got any ideas?

EDIT: If you had £3k to spend what would you do with it on a standard let?

Personally, Z20LEH & M32. reliable and good platform to build on given the mileage on your existing engine.

Oversized forged pistons and steel rods etc. Knife edged crank etc. Head work with cams. Balancing shafts removed. Under drive pully. New flywhell sports clutch and lsd as you have said.

Crank you might not need a new one. This can be done to your own.

Removal of balancing shafts Courtney sell kit or you can get from vaux.

Pistons and rods search net you will find. I can get from a local engine builder for about 700 for both.

If you rebuild your own engine it will be good as new as you will have all worn parts replaced

just leave the crank doing that dose not make them stronger

all down to Cost an power you want to Run at end of the Day
a LEH engine would do 250 to 300bhp no probs at all

doing all that work on the LET is going to cost you a lot more then fitting a new LEH
