After finishing work at 13:00 I thought it was quiet a nice day to clean the car.
I set about cleaning by rinsing the dust and other crap that has built up on it over the week!
Then set about using snow foam to break down the remaining dirt and grime. First coat of PH Neutral Snow Foam was applied and left for 10 minutes before being rinsed off. Once done i set about using Megs Gold class shampoo and gave it an all over clean. After this i decided i would give it another coat of PH Neutral Snow Foam and leave for a further 10 minutes. I then set about rinsing this off with open end hose (IMO this makes drying easier as it sheets the water off the car rather than beading it on the paint). Once rinsed i pulled it up the drive to stop dust and crap being put back and rubbed in during drying, from other cars going up and down the road. Once in the drive i rinsed it again using open hose. Then set abot drying with the Extra Large 38x28 Microfibre towel from CleanYourCar. Once dry i used the airduster to clear and remaing water from the grooves that the towel doesnt reach. Then set about using Megs Stage3 Wax to give it a quick coat to tied it over for the BTCC at Oulton Park next sunday then will give it a proper detail the Thursday/Friday before ! Also used Megs Tyre Drressing and Applicator for the Tyres, Grill and Splitter to give them a nice black shine.
