Wanna disconnect it over night to see if it stops this boosting and backing off, went for petrol before and still doing it. Maybe the actuator is broke and need a new one, hope not as its brand new. So where is where you unplug it? Is it at the side of the battery?

Yeah i'll un do battery tomorrow, doubt it will solve it. Just a thought, could you put a foot pump on the actuator and check what pressure it opens at to see if its faulty/set it?
