    how to turn a dash light off

    hi the car with the spanner light is on in my car. i done the pedal test and it says there is something wrong with the rad. I pluged out the connecter and cleaned it then plug it back in. is there any way i can get the light off the car with out bringing it to an expence garage were they charge over the top prices. thanks

    you could try disconnecting the battery?

    generally if u have had a problem and fixed it after a few drives the light goes out (this is the case with the previous cars ive owned).

    not sure about the Astra but worth a shot.
    alternatively find sum1 with the diagnostics software to do it on the cheap (or buy your own copy - cheaper than the dealers)
