either vauxhall or an auto locksmith for the remote central locking, think vauxhall charge about £125 auto locksmith will be cheaper probably about £80 but shop around and you might get a bargain

If I got a second hand key and got it cut.

Would it just be a case of putting in the ignition turning it to the second click then pressing the buttons to program it?

You'll need to add the key with Tech2.

I'm pretty sure once keys have been programmed, they can't be re-programmed... but i could be wrong.

the Keys aren't programmable, but the code they transmit can be assigned to any C/L unit of the same type.

You will need the car pass for the security code, and access to tech2.

You can get blank blades on ebay some times, new remote cases too.

You just then need a 2nd hand remote fob of the right type (there are only 2 AFAIK, Delphi and Bosch)

The tranponder reader can have the 2ndhand key chip assigned, and the C/L can have the remote assigned.
You only need to get your key blade cut then.

Ian T has a load of remotes if you can't find one.
