    Volvo C30

Keep seeing a few of these whilst out and about, and they are really starting to grow on me

Anyone got any experience of them?

Ask the Mincing Mitchell, he had one for a while and was quite impressed by all accounts.

I like them, just boot is alittle small

    shame on you

Now we are in the correct forum they are great, a good friend of mine had one for a while and i was well impressed with it. Great build quailty and in R spec lots of toys and look decent. Not that cheap though!

Granted they aren't cheap, but they do seem to hold their value well.

But it's one of a handful of current cars that I actually think looks decent off the peg... and beggars can't be choosers

Bye bye VXR Castle Combe Edition - because it's done more laps of Castle Combe than most Bergs have of the Ring

My dad has the current S40 which is pretty much the same car with more doors and a bigger bottom. Great car imo, very sharp to drive, well designed/built interior. The C30 is even better, looks a little different to the norm although is quite expensive. With the 2.5 Turbo it's basically a Ford Asbo, without the Asbo.

The other half & I went to have a look at the C30 last year as it's in her company car bracket... I reckon the boot is smaller than a Mini - next to useless, and it has a stupid parcel tray thing too, which makes the boot even harder to access. Her TwinTop has a massive boot in comparison.

They're a great drive though, and pretty fast too (but not blistering). They're the same as a current Focus underneath. The 5 cylinder T5 is nowhere near as fast as the ST though! D5 would be a laugh
