    Radiator pipe about to burst?

Just looked at the pipe which goes from radiator to engine at the side of cam cover and noticed just before the clip that holds it on there is a slight bubble, like its expanding? Does this sound like its ready to go pop? If so can I put a jubilee clip round the weak point to keep it safe til I can replace the pipe. Does anyone know the part number fro this pipe? Would put pics up but not allowed.

Its the top radiator pipe, its just got a bubble before the clip that holds it to the engine but only when at temp, it goes down when cold.

I'm ordering one from Vauxhall tomorrow morning, When changing it, will I need to drop the water or should I be able to do it without dropping it?
