Unhappy Radiator changing woes - please help me

I'm trying to change the radiator on my Coupe and the above has happened to my condenser. How do I fix this? Someone mentioned a jubilee clip? Where would I attach it? (PS this isnt my car - I found this pic on here)

Also, there is some kind of captive nut securing the condenser to the radiator on the drivers side. Its just spinning round and wont slacken off.

    Please help me

This is the most major job I've tacked on any car so far and seeing it in bits and me stuck is making me start to panic a bit now

are you able to wedge a screwdriver against the spinning nut, spray a little bit of wd40 on it.

to re-attach the metal thats broken maybe use chemical metal weld, using a jubilee clip would keep it out of the way but that bit of the radiator wouldn't be doing any good, the chemical metal weld would give it something to transfer the heat through.
