    possible ECU fault??

    it all started yesterday, my engine just cut off in second gear twice, 2 warning lights came on, the battery and like a car with tyremarks in a triangle? took it to my dads garage and its come up with an immobiliser fault and a few other ecu faults. its been reset but if the problem persists i may need a new ECU, its a 1.8 sri, any thoughts on this??

    Not sure but if it is a faulty ecu then contact ecu-testing.com and they will refurb your old ecu for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
