    Does this make any sense?

    Noticed this today while having my dinner. It doesnt seem to make any sense

    what ya'll think?

    Yeah...if you cook 140g of tomatoes for long enough, the water from the tomatoes will evaporate and leave you with a lower weight but still the same starting amount.

    just found it a bit bizarre.

    it just states tomatoes, thats the misleading one.

    Misleading? In what way? You can condense many foods in a similar way - reduce their water content and you're still left with 100% the same food but the flavour is much stronger and it's usually thicker too.
