New Rims for the car!!...help needed

    Hi all,

well long time since ive been on here but im back lol

I currently have an astra estate mk4 running on standard 15's and a friend at work has kindly offered for me to buy some wheels off him.
they are 205/40/17...would these fit ok??? or are these the wrong size??

I dont really want to purchase them to find they wont fit.
they are a 4 stud same as wheels i have on now.

    much needed help/advice is required!

    Thanks

they're the right size to fit under your arches but make sure the stud pattern is the same

check the offset on the wheels and the centre bore should be 56mm or above, if above you would need spigot rings

the offset wants to be as close to ET38 as possible to ensure that they dont sit in too much or stick out.

are they coming off a vauxhall?

the stud fitment wants to be 4 x 100

the tyre size should be 215/40/17, but 205 should be fine
Observe the masses and do the opposite

Megane's are 4x100 offset 35-42 so should fit the astra fine. Center bore is 60.1mm so wheel will be that size or bigger, so you will need to get the correct spigot ring to fit them.
